 Fumaric Acid is made from the isomerization of maleic acid solutions. Our current total production capacity is 4,000 tons/year. The process technology is licensed by Polynt SpA (Italy). Fumaric Acid is the strongest organic food acid in acidity and sourness. It has stable sourness taste profile, non-hygroscopic and low solubility. The main application of Fumaric acid are as food additives.
